Shipping

• Free shipping on orders of ₹499 and above; a flat ₹49 fee applies below that.
• Orders are packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days.
• Delivery takes 2–4 days in metros and 4–7 days elsewhere in India.
• You can follow every order from the My orders page.

Returns & refunds

• Unopened, unused products can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
• For damaged or incorrect items, email [email protected] with your order number and a photo.
• For safety reasons we cannot accept returns on opened consumables, but we will always look into quality concerns.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method, or to your bank account for cash-on-delivery orders.

Cancellations

You can cancel an order yourself from its page while it is still placed or confirmed. Once it has been packed, please contact us.
